Frequently Submitted Inquiries

For the convenience of our customers, the most common questions have been entered below in a legible hand.

How do I place an order?

Products are purchased through our third-party e-commerce system. Select an item, review the listing, and proceed to the counting house using the cart controls provided.

Where do you ship?

Shipping regions, rates, and delivery estimates will be displayed at checkout. Any unusually distant, interdimensional, or poorly mapped destinations may require additional review.

Are your products authentic?

Product descriptions identify materials, origins, intended uses, and whether an item is traditional, inspired by tradition, decorative, vintage, handmade, or simply unusual.

How do you handle products connected to living traditions?

We aim to provide context, avoid caricature, source responsibly where possible, and distinguish religious or culturally specific goods from modern novelty merchandise.

Do you guarantee magical results?

No. We guarantee only the item as described. Outcomes may vary according to preparation, personal practice, local conditions, and the disposition of the moon.

What is your return policy?

Return eligibility depends on the product type and condition. Final policy language should be connected to your third-party checkout terms before launch.

Are vintage items one of a kind?

Usually. Vintage goods may show age, wear, repaired areas, old labels, or other evidence of previous service. These details will be shown and described in each listing.

Do you offer wholesale purchasing?

Not at present. Large or unusual requests may be submitted to the Telegraph Office for review by the warehouse staff.
